This Privacy Policy explains how SILOSS TECHNOLOGY, LLC collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information and business data in connection with the Siloss platform, including accounting tools, bank feeds, Payroll Hub, ELLA AI, document/OCR tools, e-signature, mileage tracking, reporting, client portal, and subscription billing.
We collect: Account information (name, email, MFA status, role); Business information (company name, address, industry); Financial and accounting data (transactions, bank feeds, invoices, journal entries); Payroll and employee data; Documents and OCR data; AI prompts and outputs; Mileage data; Usage and device data; Support communications.
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; authenticate users; process payments; deliver AI features; detect fraud and security threats; comply with legal obligations; and communicate about your account. We do not sell Customer Data to data brokers.
Bank connection data is obtained through Plaid and handled under Plaid's end-user privacy policy. Siloss stores transaction metadata, balances, and account identifiers — never full account numbers or passwords. Financial data is used only to provide the Services you request.
Payroll data including employee compensation, tax elections, and direct deposit details is stored securely and used solely to operate Payroll Hub features. Siloss does not share payroll data with third parties except as required for payroll processing (e.g., ACH processors, tax authorities).
Siloss will not use Customer Data to train third-party general-purpose AI models without explicit Customer authorization. AI suggestions are generated using your account data in a privacy-preserving manner. You may review, modify, or reject any AI-generated output.
Siloss implements AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, multi-factor authentication, row-level security (RLS), and regular security audits. Bank access tokens are stored in secure vaults. We maintain an incident response program and will notify affected users of security incidents as required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA. We do not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus a post-termination period as required by law or regulation. You may export your data at any time through the Export Center. After termination, Siloss will delete or anonymize Customer Data within 90 days unless a legal hold applies.
