These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Siloss, including the Siloss website, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, bank feed tools, accounting workflows, Payroll Hub, document/OCR tools, ELLA AI Assistant, e-signature workflows, mileage tracking, reporting, client portal, firm console, subscription billing, support services, and related products (collectively, the Services). The Services are provided by SILOSS TECHNOLOGY, LLC (Siloss, we, us, or our).
By creating an account, starting a free trial, subscribing to a plan, clicking "I agree," accepting an invitation, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, firm, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Each user must use a unique login. Shared logins are prohibited. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and notify Siloss of suspected unauthorized access. Siloss may require multi-factor authentication for administrative access, banking, payroll, billing, and other sensitive features.
Siloss offers subscription plans including monthly, annual, and free trial plans. A 14-day free trial begins at activation. At the end of the trial, Siloss will charge the payment method on file unless cancelled before the trial ends. Annual billing may be offered at a promotional rate equivalent to 10 monthly payments for 12 months of service. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate any person's rights, to transmit malware, to interfere with the Services, or to misrepresent your identity or authority. Siloss reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ELLA AI is an AI-powered assistant that may draft journal entries, suggest categorizations, and analyze financial data. ELLA AI recommendations are not professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Users are responsible for reviewing, approving, and confirming all AI-generated suggestions before posting or publishing.
Bank connections are established through Plaid and other licensed data aggregators. Siloss stores only access tokens and metadata — never full account credentials. You grant Siloss permission to retrieve transaction data from connected accounts on your behalf.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILOSS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SILOSS'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except for injunctive or equitable relief.
